Founded 10 years ago by Holly Arden, Arden Matheson began with a simple yet powerful vision – to create bespoke, tailored training programmes that provide clear, measurable returns on investment (ROI) and returns on experience (ROE). After leading an L&D team in a large global business, Holly sought to create a consultancy that would support organisations in achieving their goals through the development of their people’s skills and behaviours.

In the past three years, Arden Matheson has experienced significant growth, expanding the team to 8 members and continuing to scale. The company has also built strong, lasting relationships with clients, many of whom have been with Arden Matheson from the start over a decade ago.

York Science Park: A Perfect Location for Growth

As Arden Matheson celebrates its 10th anniversary, the company reflects on the decision to base its operations at York Science Park.
