That's why we provide our tenants free and exclusive access to two vibrant and comfortable business lounges at The Catalyst and the Innovation Centre. Business Lounge access is available to those leasing a Private Office, working as a Coworker, or utilizing a Hot Desk with us.
These informal spaces are crafted to inspire networking, collaboration, and creativity, offering an ideal environment for brainstorming sessions, relaxed meetings, or simply enjoying a well-earned break.
Whether you are a small startup or a growing team, our business lounges offer the perfect way to elevate your workspace experience with additional breakout spaces all whilst staying connected and inspired.
BARCLAYS EAGLE LABS PARTNERSHIP
The University of York proudly hold York's only partnership with Barclays Eagle Labs offering dedicated business support and expert advice to entrepreneurs and businesses across the city.
Based at our coworking hubs at The Guildhall and The Catalyst, this partnership provides any of our private office or coworking tenants exclusive access to banking experts, mentors and learning tools, and a nationwide network of coworking spaces beyond York. In addition, tenants can take advantage of events and growth programmes designed for ambitious entrepreneurs.
Tenants are also able to access over 25 Eagle Labs across the UK.
Barclays Eagle Labs are also a proud Partner of our Business Incubator Programme. Phase One is our entrepreneurial start up programme, supporting digital, creative, tech and science innovators, students and spinouts, to turn their ideas into sustainable businesses.
