Aprentiz’s journey began with a clear vision: to simplify the apprenticeship process for both businesses and individuals. As co-founders we have each been on the opposite side of the apprenticeship recruitment process. Reece working in talent acquisition and Benjamin as an apprentice accountant we both experienced the major inefficiencies in the process. Driven by a passion to make a difference, Aprentiz set out to create a platform that would remove these hurdles. Thereby democratising access to apprenticeship opportunities for SME’s and individuals. Today, Aprentiz stands as a gateway for SMEs to connect with genuine talent, facilitating a seamless hiring process that benefits both employers and apprentices alike.
