Claire leads our team on the delivery of the organisational strategy, ensuring businesses receive the support they need to grow and thrive. Claire is at the forefront of our incubator programme ‘Phase One’, oversees the introduction of new services and continues to build partnerships with the University.

As our Operations Manager, Tracy oversees the day to day running of the Science Park, ensuring our dedicated front of house reception team provide the best possible service to our residents and guests. As part of the management team, Tracy provides support to our many complex business systems including client accounts and relationship management.

Bruna is responsible for the building and maintenance of strong relationships with existing companies and potential new companies. Additionally, she creates and strengthens connections between the University of York and the wider business community. As well as running the Phase One Business Incubator Programme, Bruna also actively looks for ways to engage with the entrepreneurship community and our partners, such as Barclays Eagle Labs, Enterprise Works, City of York Council and many others.
