70Five Quantity Surveying Ltd has been a successful Quantity Surveying practice since its formation in December 2007. With key skills in Quantity Surveying and feasibility estimating we operate from offices in York.
We have extensive experience in construction claims and dispute resolution including forensic analysis of delay and associated loss and expense. Stuart Goldthorpe and Paul Hughes are degree qualified (with a majoring in Construction Contract Law) and additionally are CIOB chartered.
As well as the foregoing we also offer a traditional QS role with a wide range of other professional services including Development Appraisal and Feasibility Studies, General Cost Consultancy, Contract Procurement Advice, Design & Build Advice to a broad spectrum of clients including well known names such as the RSPB and Defence Infrastructure (MOD) throughout the United Kingdom.
