Maltech is a small consulting civil and structural engineering practice based in North Yorkshire for over 15 years. They carry out engineering designs for industrial, retail and domestic projects. Maltech also provide measured surveys, site investigations and structural surveys of buildings.
They are happy working with Architects, Builders, property owners and members of the public. They are members of CHAS, Constructionline and the Steel Construction Institute. Their MD, Alan Mitchell, is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 30 years experience working on the design of buildings such as Jack Berry House, the injured jockeys rehabilitation centre in Malton, the Sage in Gateshead, the new biofuel gantry at Drax Power station, as well as providing structural design calculations for numerous domestic house extensions, renovations and ‘new builds’.
