This session will introduce participants to psychologically focussed techniques that will enhance time management, motivation and productivity by establishing clear goals every day.
Content
We will examine mindset and how we manage ourselves, particularly when our normal routines are disrupted by change. We will discuss some simple but highly effective tools that will help participants to think differently about how they work, and how they prioritise. Participants will apply these tools to their current work situation, and develop a personal action plan that will enhance their focus and productivity.
