Managing Change – 60 minute live session by Caroline Forman.

This one hour live session explores the current environment managers are dealing with from the perspective of the threat of the virus, the day to day challenges & uncertainty about the future.


It then looks at 3 key skills that will help managers thrive:

  • Mindful agility
  • Wise compassion and Personal drivers
  • Beginner’s mindset

Covid -19 has brought sudden, sustained and significant change for us all. For managers it may have resulted in a multitude of new situations that they have not experienced before. This course explores some new skills that will support them to reflect on how their world has changed & what they may need to do differently to help them maintain positive wellbeing for themselves.

Course Content

The course will cover:

  • Exploration of the new challenges you are facing as Leaders & the impact this is having
  • Understand the definition of the term “mindful agility” and how this will help work through key challenges
  • Identify own personal drivers and how these may impact how you manage your emotional reaction to your team
  • Explore the concept of the “beginner’s mindset” & how adoption of this could help both own resilience and team engagement
