This course explores the definition of psychological resilience, why it is important to help us through significant change and then focuses on some practical exercises that help build resilient behaviours.

 

Covid -19 has brought sudden, sustained and significant change for us all. It is highly likely that many of us will be finding situations more stressful than normal and may need support to enable us to build and maintain our resilience.   • A clear understanding of psychological resilience and why it is important to help us manage change and stress
  • Reflection on how resilient you are currently feeling
  • Understand the seven daily mental attributes needed to build a resilient mindset
  • Use Reframing to build resilience to difficult events
  • Explore a number of unhealthy thinking styles and how to combat them
