The gender imbalance in UK early stage investment landscape is significant, and we continually face a major gap in the number of women founders receiving angel investment.

Right now, UK founders are focused on addressing the impact of Covid-19 on their business, yet these existing barriers seem to be even greater for women-led teams. Many of the new Government finance measures put in place to help businesses affected by the pandemic, do not address these barriers and reinforce the existing imbalances.

UKBAA is bringing together women leaders from across the UK, to share their perspectives on how we can help women-led teams continue to scale their business & discuss what support investors & finance providers can offer.
