The NCS Coordinator is the pivotal role in the National Citizen Service’s national programme and critical to achieving its aim of inspiring and supporting young people to discover their passion, who they are and what they can do. The NCS Coordinator will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of a high quality, safe and to specification programme for NYBEP alongside the NCS Manager. Responsibilities extend to the leading on Recruitment and Retention of young people on programme, ensuring we meet targets.
The role will be the key liaison between NYBEP and the schools in York, Ryedale, Hambleton & the Coast.
