he Prime Minister has launched a new £3m fund to support creative and cultural organisations across the Northern Powerhouse. The money will enable arts projects and enterprises, in areas including Cumbria, Manchester, Lancashire, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield and Yorkshire, apply for £150k of government funding.
