These valuable networking opportunities can lead to innovative new business ideas and partnerships. The Science Park's space lends itself to collaboration, with plenty of conference and meeting rooms for a variety of events including seminars, workshops and business lunches. Running from 13 to 29 June, the 2013 York Festival of Ideas consists of over 120 mostly free events with talks from world-class speakers, performances, exhibitions and interactive experiences for people of all ages.

Garbutt & Elliott have teamed up with Growth Accelerator to provide a free interactive workshop. The workshop will be facilitated by expert business coaches and attendees will leave with a personalised plan of key areas for focus towards accelerated growth within their business.
