Meeting Rooms

York Science Park has a variety of meeting rooms and options available to you and we will do everything possible to ensure that your event or meeting is a success.

We have a range rooms of all sizes available for hire by the day, half a day and by the hour. All our rooms are equipped with a variety of moveable furniture allowing for a variety of layouts to be created to suit your style of meeting and also useful for easier storage when more space is required. 

Our meeting rooms include:
Conference Suite
Centre: Innovation Centre
Capacity: 60
Located in the Innovation Centre, the Conference Suite holds up to 60 delegates and is an ideal venue for training courses, seminars and networking events. The room can be set as U-shape,board room, cabaret or theatre style. Read more...

Board Room
Centre: Bio Centre
Capacity: Holds 18 - 25 delegates
The Board Room is located on the ground floor of the Bio Centre. This room is very popular for week long courses and board meetings.  Read more...

Bio 1
Centre: Bio Centre
Capacity: Upto 14
Located within the Bio Centre the very popular Bio rooms 1 is located on the first floor, with the convenience of lift access located next door to the meeting rooms. Read more...

Bio 2
Centre: Bio Centre
Capacity: Holds up to 10 delegates (Holds 14 if combined with Bio 1)
Bio 2 is located within the Bio Centre and is very popular because of its panoramic views across the park. Located on the first floor, with the convenience of lift access located next door. Bio 2 can also be combined with Bio 1.  Read more...

Da Vinci Suite
Centre: Catalyst
Capacity: 20
Located in The Catalyst, the Da Vinci Suite is able to hold up to 20 delegates within a board room layout and is ideal for board meetings, training sessions and seminars. Read more...

Rodin Blue
Centre: Catalyst
Capacity: 12
Also located in The Catalyst, the Rodin room is able to hold up to 12 delegates and is ideal for small meetings. It can also be used as a break out space from the Da Vinci suite. Read more...

Capacity: 12

Presentation Suite
Centre: IT Centre
Capacity: Holds up to 20 delegates
Our Presentation Suite is located on the ground floor of the IT Centre; the room holds a maximum of 20 delegates board room style or 16 delegates in a u-shape. With audio visual equipment available including the use of a 42" wall mounted Plasma Screen for high quality visuals during presentations.  Read more...

Exhibition Room
Centre: Park Central
Capacity: Holds up to 16 delegates
Located within Park Central, the Exhibition Room can be accessed from the Innovation and Bio Centres and is on the ground floor. The room holds a maximum of 16 delegates around a board room table.  Read more...

Interview Room
Centre: Innovation Centre
Capacity: Holds up to 5 delegates
The Interview Room is located in the Innovation Centre behind the Reception desk and can hold up to 5 delegates around a circular meeting table. Read more...

Green Room
Centre: Innovation Centre
Capacity: Holds up to 12 delegates
Located within the Innovation Centre is our Green Room. This relaxing room is located on the ground floor behind the Reception desk, which makes it ideal as a breakout room from the Conference Suite or as a separate meeting area.  Read more...
