City of York Council Budget
City of York Council is urging businesses to have their say on the council's budget priorities for the forthcoming financial year. They would like your views on how the Council's money is spent and any other thoughts you may have on the budget proposals. They have already consulted with residents with a number of road shows held in December and January and are now keen to get the views of businesses. To have your say you need to:

1) Follow this link to the budgets: http://www.york.gov.uk/budgetconsultation

3) Send your comments to http://www.york.gov.uk/budgetconsultation by noon on Monday February 10, 2014.

Have your say on how the council spends its money

City of York Council is urging residents to have their say on the council’s budget priorities for the forthcoming financial year. A series of consultations have taken place across the city in each of the wards to give residents a chance to voice their opinion.

What are the most important issues to you? What should the council continue funding? What should the council be doing differently in order to reduce costs and save money?...We'd like to know your views.

Have your say online

Most of the ward sessions have now taken place but you can still have your say on the budget online until Friday 13 December 2013. You can find out lots of background information before completing the survey by viewing the documents in the Budget Consultation Information Pack. You can also see statistics on a wide range of topics for your ward by viewing the Ward profile for your area.
